Here are the Instructions for this meditation: (Suggested duration for this meditation is 15 minutes)
冥想指南(建議長度為15分鐘)
1.Use your own technique to bring you to a relaxed state of consciousness
1.用自己習慣的方式放鬆身心靈。
2.Declare that you will do this meditation to make the transformation of Earth more positive and harmonious due to the energy of Pluto entering Aquarius.
2.用意念宣告:我要用這次的冥想錨定冥王星進入水瓶座的星象能量，讓地球的轉變過程變得更正面、更祥和。
3.Invoke the Violet Flame from its primary source to place a circle of protection around you during and after the meditation. Ask it to transmute anything that does not serve the Light
3.呼請神聖本源發出一道紫羅蘭火焰。觀想紫羅蘭火焰在冥想期間和冥想之後在自己的周圍形成一個保護圈。呼請紫羅蘭火焰轉化所有不符合聖光的人事物。
4.Visualize a shining pillar of white Light emanating from the central sun of the universe, passing through the central suns of all galaxies, passing through the central sun of the Milky Way galaxy, passing through Pluto in Aquarius, and passing through all beings of Light in the solar system. Visualize a pillar of Light passing through all life on Earth and through you to the center of the Earth.
4.觀想宇宙中央太陽發出一道潔白明亮的光柱。觀想光柱穿過全宇宙的銀河中央太陽，穿過本銀河系的銀河中央太陽，穿過水瓶座內的冥王星，穿過太陽系內所有的光之存有，穿過地球上所有的眾生，然後穿過自己的身體，進入地球的中心。
5.Repeat the following declaration out loud three times to ask Saint Germain, who is tasked with ushering in a new era for Earth, to assist in this transformation:
5.大聲誦念以下的祈禱文三次，祈請聖哲曼大師幫助地球快速進入新時代:
“In the name of I AM that I AM I call upon Saint Germain
“奉我是我所是之名，我在此呼請聖哲曼大師。
Saint Germain, lead the Earth into a new era, remove from the Earth the residue of old times and bring Light and abundance to humanity.”
請聖哲曼大師除舊佈新，引領地球進入新時代，為人類帶來聖光和豐盛。
6 Visualize the Violet Flame enveloping the Earth, purifying all ley lines, vortexes, and energy grids. Visualize the Violet Flame transmuting what is not in service to the Light, and transforming the Earth into the Age of Aquarius.
6.觀想紫羅蘭火焰包圍全地球，淨化所有的地脈能量線、能量漩渦點和能量網格。觀想紫羅蘭火焰轉化所有不符合聖光的人事物，引領地球進入水瓶座時代。
7.Visualize the Violet Flame dispelling all darkness, inequality, and poverty from the Earth and bringing abundance to humanity.
7.觀想紫羅蘭火焰驅散地球上所有的黑暗、不公不義和貧窮並且為人類帶來豐盛。
Visualize a new grand cosmic cycle of the Age of Aquarius beginning, bringing pure Light, Love, and Happiness to all beings.
觀想宇宙進入水瓶座時代的偉大循環，為所有的眾生帶來純淨的聖光、大愛和幸福

關於Cobra：
“柯博拉(Cobra)”是昴宿星轉世為地球的某個人類，Cobra為其代稱(由Compression breakthrough”壓縮突破”而來)。其與昴宿星人一直有面對面的直接接觸，他/她是抵抗運動官方的公開聯絡人。
抵抗運動是一群來自X行星，目前來到地球穿梭在地下阿加森文明隧道系統中的特種部隊。他們與喜馬拉雅山脈裡面和博拉博拉島下面的昴宿星人地下基地有著頻繁面對面接觸。抵抗運動的重要目的之一就是要加速黑暗勢力(陰謀集團)的移除及逮補。藉由抵抗運動於地面下往上放射的光與天空中銀河聯盟往下放射的光，共同夾擠地表的黑暗勢力(陰謀集團)，即稱為”壓縮突破”。
